Customized Membership Rates
- Two rounds of golf annually allowed for non-golf members paying applicable green fees
Initiation fees payable over 4 years
New Golf Members: $2000
New Swim/Tennis Members: $1000
Current Members: $1500 (optional to obtain equity)
*Rates include 6% sales tax
Effective May 1, 2025, members will be responsible for payment of credit card fees. Debbie is happy to set up an ACH or take a check or cash if you want to avoid these additional costs.
