We’re raising funds for brand-new starting blocks and exciting pool renovations, and we’re doing it in style—with an evening full of music, laughter, creativity, and community spirit.

Each table will be decorated around a movie of your choice—any movie—so bring your creativity, your costumes, and your competitive spirit! Prizes will be awarded for:

We encourage you to sell a table to friends and family—the more the merrier! Let’s pack the pool deck, celebrate under the stars, and raise the roof (and some funds) for a great cause.

💳 If you are paying by credit card, please select:
“Credit Card Fee – 3%”
This helps us cover the processing fees associated with card payments.
💵 If you are paying by Venmo, cash, check, or PayPal, please select:
“No Charge – Paying via Venmo/Cash/Check/PayPal”
This option will not apply the 3% fee.
We’re happy to accept credit cards, but we prefer non-card payments to help minimize transaction fees. If using a card is more convenient for you, no problem—just be sure to select the correct option at checkout.

TIMES
Deck opens @ 4pm
The band will begin at 7:00pm EST
Event ends around 10:00pm EST
POOL DECK OPENS AT 4PM
Ticket holders will be allowed to enter at 4pm to start decorating their tables. Entering the event area before 4pm is strictly prohibited. Please check in at the registration table for your table assignment upon arrival.
FOOD
While patrons are welcome to bring their own picnic, many tables choose to arrange for on-site catering from a list of caterers to place your order. Keep an eye on our event Facebook page to see the catering options.
DRINKS
Guests can bring a cooler with non-alcoholic drinks of their choice, and there will also be drinks available for purchase. Please note, no outside alcohol is allowed, due to ABC laws and insurance purposes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at The Caddy Shack!
RAIN DELAY/RAIN DATE
In the event of rain, the event will be postponed hour-by-hour until it is safe for the event to occur. Should the weather be so severe as to cause a rain-out, please pay attention to your email and our Facebook event page for details and updates. Please note, should the event have to be canceled, no refunds will be given, and your donation will still make it to the WCC Swim and Dive Team, thank you for your understanding and your support of our team.
TABLE SIZE
If you purchased a reserved table, table sizes are 8’ x 2.5’. Eight chairs will be provided per table. Tablecloths are not provided. We are excited to see your creative tables!
If you purchased a 4 person table, these are the round metal tables that we have at the club and will have 4 seats at each table. No table cloth or place mats provided.
If you purchased individual tickets, you will be placed at a table with other people with the same tickets. Requests can not be accommodated, if you want to choose your seatmates, please choose an 8 or 4 person table.
NO TENTS, CANOPIES
No tents (canopies, ez-ups, etc) of any kind are allowed as they will obstruct the view and paths of other patrons.
NO FLAMES OF ANY KIND
No open flames of any kind will be permitted. This includes candles (even in enclosures), fireworks, sparklers, etc. (LED / flameless candles are permitted).
NO PETS ALLOWED

TABLE LIGHTING
We encourage you to bring some sort of battery powered light for your tables.

This year we are holding a raffle for some fun baskets instead of doing a silent auction. Come with some cash or a venmo and get ready to buy some tickets for some great items! Stay tuned for the basket themes! Tickets for each basket will be $10.
